This example does not connect to or change your inbox.
A real preview uses a sample of stored message metadata, not your entire inbox. On Microsoft, use a category instead of a Gmail label.
Screening is still a starting point.
EmailGuru’s unfamiliar-sender screening remains available. KeepKnown uses your contacts and allowlist, with the KK:OUTSIDERS Gmail label or Microsoft category. Archiving and moving depend on your settings; recovery differs by provider.
Connect Gmail or Google Workspace, personal Outlook.com, or a Microsoft 365 work/school account with an Exchange Online primary mailbox. Organization consent may be required. Shared, on-premises Exchange and archive mailboxes are not supported. Read about permissions and recovery.
